Categories [?]Categories - Shows all the categories of services and goods available within your exchange and if you click 'worldwide' you can see all the categories in the entire worldwide network. Clicking a category will show you the member name and contact info.

Search [?]Search - Allows you to search for members within a zip code, city or state.

Exchanges [?]Exchanges - Click here to see the other barter companies in the network that you can trade with. Click any state shown in dark blue to see the exchanges and contact information.

Full List [?]Full List - Here is a list of all members within your barter company, by category. At the top of the list are members really looking for trade. Within the categories members really looking for trade are shown in blue at the top of their categories. You can check off a box 'Really Want Trade' in your settings if you want trade.

We are part of one of the largest Barter Systems in the world, with over 40,000 registered Members in the Network. Most small businesses already barter, at least on a one-to-one basis. The problem with that form of trade is that each party has to want what the other business is offering. If the other business does not have something you want, you have to turn away the business. The Bartertrain uses Bartertrain Trade Dollars, a common currency, to help overcome the limitations of one-to-one trade. When you make a sale, you get paid in trade dollars and you can use them to purchase goods and services from other members.
